The word ‘Mental’ still sparks the meaning as madness to the majority. On this World Mental Health Day let’s revise the meaning to ‘mind’, an integral part of the body, which has been in the darkness of ignorance and hence been devoid of right treatment. With awareness and belief pay heed to it’s functioning and needs and bring it to light. Feed the mind with healthy thoughts, surrounding with cleaner stimuli and keep it well rested with meditative oxygenated emptiness every day for a while.
