Training wheels

Training wheels

The excited little soul agreed to try but was rigid,

The reason being a hidden bubble which was timid.

Tempting was the road ahead but was wide,

Confidence grinning again standing by the side.

Was it the road or the path which was unknown,

Or was it just the fear which was to be disowned.

Gathered the courage to paddle it up quickly,

Heart beat like never before though it was risky.

Speed breakers and potholes made it no easy,

Crying for help in front of people felt too cheesy.

And yeah first fall got registered in the album,

Thrilling it was than anyone could ever fathom.

Wounds don’t matter because with time it all heals,

Learning was better when detached

the training wheels.
